• A Rutile Coated Stainless Electrode. Easy To Weld In All Positions (ExcePT Vertical Down). The Highly Alloyed Electrode Is Extremely Resistant To Hot Cracking Even When Diluted With Carbon, Austenitic & High Alloys Of Steel. Weld Deposits Give Excellent Resistance To Corrosion And Oxidation & Good Scaling Resistance Up To 1000˚C (1850˚F). Recommended For
The Repair & Maintenance Of All Steels, Particularly Those Of Unknown Compositions, Joining Dissimilar Steels Such As Stainless Steel To Carbon Steels And Repairing Die’S & Tool Steels. Use A Buffer Layer Prior To Hard Surfacing.
