Please familiarise yourself with the Competition, Terms & Conditions. By participating in this competition, you agree that these rules will govern all aspects of your relationship with the Competition, Competition-related agents and L&G Tools.

L&G Tools is a proud distributor of 10 brands including Fragram, Trade, Trade Professional, YATO and Wildberry. When participating in a Competition of the above-mentioned brands, participants agree that they are entering into an agreement with L&G Tools.

Participation:

1. The competition is conducted by L&G Tools.
2. No person who is a Director, Employee, Sponsor, Agent or Consultant to L&G Tools or who is a spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner, or associate to a Director, Employee, Agent or Consultant to L&G Tools is eligible to enter a competition.
3. This competition is open to participants residing in the Republic of South Africa.

Entries:

1. The competition runs until the stipulated end date. No late entries will be accepted.
2. To enter the competition, participants need to follow all stipulated steps.
3. Participants may enter as many times as they like.
4. The winner will be randomly chosen via a certified method of selection.

Prizes:

1. Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s provided address within 14 business days after the winner has been announced.
2. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.
3. In the event of L&G Tools not being contacted by the winner with their delivery information within 3 days of announcing the winner in the competition comment section, L&G Tools reserves the right to redraw a winner.
4. L&G Tools reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is unavailable.
5. A consolation prize will not be provided if a participant is not selected as the winner.

Prize winner selection:

1. The prize winner is randomly selected by the L&G Tools judges.
2. The prize winner will be notified on the original competition entry comment and the prize winner’s name will be published on the Facebook Page once written consent is provided by the winner.
3. Prize winners grant permission for the use of their names in any promotional material.

General rules:

1. L&G Tools reserves the right to alter or cancel the competition at their discretion, without recourse.
2. If a participant does not follow all stipulated rules to enter the competition, the participant may, in L&G Tools’ discretion, be disqualified from the competition.
3. The L&G Tools judge’s decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.
4. L&G Tools will not be held responsible for any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, (direct, consequential, or otherwise), liability, demands, expenses, legal costs (on an attorney and own client basis), medical costs or other costs howsoever arising out of, based upon, or in connection with (directly or indirectly) the participants in the competition, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Participants in the competition understand and agree that in order to offer the competition; L&G Tools must collect and use personal information about participants. This competition is conducted under the terms of applicable privacy statements.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at L&G Tools’ discretion.
